ArnieBoids

ArnieBoids (so called because we initially used Arnold Schwarzenegger quotes for all sound effects and never got around to changing them) was a joint college project between myself (github.com/alexmeuer) and my friend Davy (github.com/shovelware). We were tasked with making a space shooter that showcased different AI systems.

There is currently no win condition or scoring mechanic in the game.

You control this isosceles badass and you'll have to survive against these angry boys:

SwarmBoids will swarm together, try to intercept and kamikaze against the player.

These terminators hunt in packs to take you down.

Motherships wander around, flocking when they get close to each otherand spawning Predators every so often. Get too close and they'll waddle away but not without countermeasures!

It's not all bad: You can pick up shields that are invincible and on a timer, but if you're not at full health they'll heal you instead. Beware! Predators can pick them up too!

Don't forget about your radar; It's there to help you out.
